Terms

Terms of Service

These terms explain how we scope projects, handle revisions, payments and ownership so every collaboration stays clear.

Last updated: 13 August 2026

Scope of work

Every project starts with an agreed deliverable list, style reference, turnaround time and price. Work outside that agreed scope is quoted separately before we begin.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide usable footage, audio, scripts, brand assets and timely feedback. Delays in providing material or approvals shift the delivery timeline by the same duration.

Revisions

Each deliverable includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as stated in your quote, covering cuts, pacing, text and graphics. Requests that change the original creative direction are treated as new work.

Payments

Projects are typically billed with an advance before production and the balance on delivery, or monthly for retainers. Final project files are released after full payment is received.

Ownership and licensing

On full payment you own the final edited output for your channels and campaigns. Stock media, music and fonts remain under their original licences. We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Cancellation

If a project is cancelled midway, work completed until that point is billable. Advances cover time already invested and are non-refundable once editing has started.
