Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited may be collected by our hosting provider to keep the website secure and stable.

Your information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver edits, send project updates and issue invoices. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Client footage is treated as confidential. We store project files on secure cloud drives for the duration of the project and for a short archival window afterwards, and we delete them on written request.

We rely on trusted providers for email, form delivery, cloud storage and website hosting. These providers process data only to provide their service to us and are bound by their own privacy terms.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Once a request is verified we act on it within a reasonable period.
